海南免簽入境人員須知

Instructions on Hainan Visa-free Entry

法律義務(wù)

Legal Obligations

1.您本次免簽入境后可在海南停留30天，停留期間不得逾期滯留海南或未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)前往中國(guó)境內(nèi)其他地區(qū)。如有正當(dāng)理由需要延長(zhǎng)在海南停留期限或前往中國(guó)境內(nèi)其它地區(qū),，須向海南公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)申辦簽證證件（具體要求附后）,。

You are permitted to stay in Hainan for up to 30 days after your visa-free entry. You shall not overstay or travel to other areas of Chinese Mainland without permission during the stay. If you need to extend your stay in Hainan or travel to other areas of Chinese Mainland with valid reasons, you shall apply for a visa to the exit-entry administration authorities of Hainan’s public security organs (specific requirements are attached).

2.您應(yīng)當(dāng)辦理住宿登記。在海南省內(nèi)旅館住宿,，應(yīng)向入住旅館提供護(hù)照辦理住宿登記,；在旅館以外的其他住所住宿，應(yīng)當(dāng)在入住后24小時(shí)內(nèi)由本人或者留宿人向居住地公安機(jī)關(guān)辦理住宿登記,。

You shall go through accommodation registration formalities. If you stay in hotels in Hainan, you need to provide your passport to the hotel for registration. And if you stay outside of a hotel, you or your host shall register to the public security organ of your place of residence within 24 hours after your entry into Hainan.

延期停留或前往內(nèi)地

Extension of Stay or Travel to other areas of Chinese Mainland

如果您想延長(zhǎng)在海南停留期限或前往中國(guó)境內(nèi)其他地區(qū),，須向公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)申請(qǐng)簽證證件。經(jīng)審核通過(guò),，公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)可為您簽發(fā)相應(yīng)期限的停留證件,。您可以憑公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)為您簽發(fā)的停留證件繼續(xù)在海南停留或前往中國(guó)境內(nèi)其他地區(qū)。申請(qǐng)辦理停留證件需要提供的材料如下：

If you need to extend your stay in Hainan or travel to other areas of Chinese Mainland for valid reasons, you shall apply for a stay visa to the exit and entry administration authority of Hainan’s public security organ. Upon examination and approval, the exit-entry administration authority may issue a corresponding stay permit for you. You may continue to stay in Hainan or travel to other areas of Chinese Mainland with the stay visa issued. The supporting materials required for stay visa application are as follows:

一,、申請(qǐng)事由及材料

Application Reasons and Supporting Materials Required

1.進(jìn)行交流,、訪問(wèn)、考察等活動(dòng)：應(yīng)當(dāng)提交邀請(qǐng),、接待單位出具的證明函件等材料,。

For activities like exchanges, visits, study tours or other relevant activities, you shall submit supporting materials including a letter of certification issued by the inviting or receiving entity.

2.旅游：應(yīng)當(dāng)提交旅行計(jì)劃行程安排等材料，團(tuán)體旅游還應(yīng)當(dāng)提交旅行社證明函件等材料,。

For travel, you shall submit supporting materials including a travel itinerary. If you travel with a tour group, you shall also submit a letter of certification from the hosting travel agency for the group tour.

3.進(jìn)行商業(yè)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)：應(yīng)當(dāng)提交邀請(qǐng)單位出具的證明函件等材料,。

For commercial trade activities, you shall submit supporting materials including a letter of certification issued by the inviting entity.

4.探望居住在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的中國(guó)親屬或具有中國(guó)永久居留資格的外國(guó)親屬：應(yīng)當(dāng)提交被探望人出具的函件、身份證明,、家庭成員關(guān)系證明等材料,。

For visiting Chinese relatives residing in China or foreign relatives holding certificate of permanent residence, you shall submit supporting materials including the letter, the identity certificate and proof of family member relationship provided by the person being visited.

5.國(guó)家需要的外國(guó)高層次人才和急需緊缺專門(mén)人才：應(yīng)當(dāng)提交人才主管部門(mén)出具的高層次人才證明以及邀請(qǐng),、接待單位證明函件等材料。

For stay as a high-level foreign talent or an urgently needed specialist required by the State, you shall submit supporting materials including certification materials that meet the conditions and requirements for the introduction of high-level foreign talents or urgently needed specialists as determined by the competent departments of the Chinese government, as well as certification letters issued by the inviting and receiving organizations.

6.探望因工作,、學(xué)習(xí)等事由在中國(guó)境內(nèi)停留居留外國(guó)親屬,，或其他私人事務(wù)事由：探親人員應(yīng)當(dāng)提交被探望人出具的函件、外國(guó)人居留證件和家庭成員關(guān)系證明等材料,。其他人員應(yīng)當(dāng)提交處理私人事務(wù)或者具有人道原因的相關(guān)證明等材料,。

For visiting family members of foreigners staying or residing in China for work, study or other purposes, as well as staying in China for other personal matters, for visiting you shall submit supporting materials including the letter, foreigner's residence permit and proof of family member relationship provided by the person being visited, for other personal matters you shall submit relevant certifying materials for humanitarian reasons.

二、申請(qǐng)機(jī)構(gòu)

Authorities to Apply

如果您停留地為?？?、三亞、儋州,、洋浦,、文昌、瓊海,、澄邁,，您可以向當(dāng)?shù)毓矙C(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)申請(qǐng)；如果您的停留地為其他市縣,，您可以向海南省政務(wù)服務(wù)中心公安出入境窗口申請(qǐng),。

If you are staying in Haikou, Sanya, Danzhou, Yangpu, Wenchang, Qionghai or Chengmai, you can apply to the exit and entry administration authority of the local public security organ. And if you are staying in other places of Hainan, you can go to the Exit-Entry Service Window at Hainan Government Affairs Service Center for application.
